Rick has been a licensed Broker in AZ since 1985. He has sold over 1100 properties in Pima County and has taught real estate licensing and renewal courses at Hogan School of Real Estate for 27 years. He has his PhD in Economics and is a retired professor of economics. He was an associate Broker with RE/MAX prior to starting his own real estate advisory company in 2002.
